When installing a coal bunker liner, the fixed form of the liner must be considered for free expansion or contraction in the event of large changes in handling or ambient temperature. Any method of fixing should be designed to facilitate the flow of bulk material and the head of the screw is always embedded in the liner.
Pay special attention when installing the coal bunker liner:
1. During the installation process, the bolt head plane requirement of the lining plate must be lower than the plate surface;
2. When using coal bunker lining products, the number of bolts per square meter should not be less than 10;
3. The gap between each lining plate should not exceed 0.5cm (the installation should be properly adjusted according to the ambient temperature of the plate).
